We make Tungsten Carbide Compacting Die. The compacting die is used in cable manufacturing.
The stranding of many wires are done with the help of stranding machines. The strands of wires are then passed through a Compacting die .
The main function of compacting die is to remove the air gaps which are formed in the strands.
This helps in better conductivity of the electrical cables.

Types of Compacting die

2. Split Compacting dies ( two piece dies).
